We were recently acquired by a new parent company, and part of that change was to implement a new phone system, as our old system was extremely old and outdated. I called several companies to come out and give us an estimate. I was provided estimates by all of these companies, but Gary Clark from Time Business Systems was the only one who actually took the time to come out and actually look at our existing system. He asked intuitive questions about what our needs were, and covered every detail. He made me feel confident that he was indeed concerned about our needs.

Install was also a breeze. Gary told us that our equipment would be arriving in approximately 4-5 business days, which it did, and on the 5th day, I got a call from his office stating that they would be out he very next morning to install our system. They arrived as scheduled, took their time to ensure that everything was working correctly, and made sure to answer any questions that I had while they were on site.

All in all, this was a very easy process for me. Not knowing the phone systems such as Gary and his staff, it was a pleasure to work with someone who explained every detail, and left me feeling like I’d make the right choice afterwards. There are no lingering questions, and they truly took care of every detail.
